Can I buy VIP skins, weapon dolls, and VFX items in the game?

No, those items can only be purchased at this event.

Do I need more than 1 skin and/or VFX effects for each VIP?

If you want to apply a skin/effect to several of the VIPs, then you need to buy the number of skin/effect you want to. For example: If you have 3 M4A1-Iron Beast, and you want to apply the Green VFX effect to all 3, then you need to buy 3x the Green VFX (one for each VIP)

Do I need to have a VIP to be able to buy a Doll?

No. You can purchase Dolls without owning any VIPs. However, please note that Dolls can only be attached to VIPs, certain Noble Gold weapons, and some special weapons. Check in-game to see if your weapon is compatible with the system.

I don't have a VIP, can I buy as Skins and/or VFX effects?

You cannot buy Skins/VFX effects for a VIP you do not have. But you can buy VIPs at a discounted price along with your Skins/VFX effects of preference.

Why don’t all my VIP weapons show as owned, and why can’t I buy skins or VFX for some of them?

Only VIP weapons stored in your normal storage are counted and eligible for skin or VFX purchases. If your VIPs are in temporary storage or the safe, please move them to your normal storage to make them available for customization.

When will I receive the items in my inventory?

You will receive the items in your inventory after purchase. If you are already logged in, go to the server selection screen and enter a server again to receive your items.

If I buy a VIP + VIP skin, do I get 2 VIPs?

You will receive 1 VIP weapon that you purchased along with a skin to apply it to the weapon.

Can I participate in the sale more than once?

You can participate in the sale more than once. Each cart/purchase has a limit of 21 items + 21 VIPs (total of 42 items in your cart). However, you can buy multiple times until reaching the limit of 21 purchases for each item.
